We are a custom 3D Drafting and Design Company based on the South Shore of Nova Scotia focusing on Residential and Light Commercial Drafting and Design.
Our goal is to take your design ideas and bring them to life using state of the art software and our staff’s years of ever evolving experience in the world of architectural design. By creating a detailed floor plan and creating for you a complete 3D visual of your project, you will be able to see your finished project before a single nail is struck!
RYAN MCALLEN
Lead Designer/Estimator
Ryan McAllen is an Architectural Drafter & Designer who works with clients to help them visualize their project from concept to completion. Ryan works alongside project managers, builders and suppliers to ensure your design is modern, stylish and affordable.
Ryan believes a quality product requires quality time and attention to detail. Working with his clients to meet their wants and needs to take their project from a sketch to a fully realized 3D model, allowing clients to see and walk through their finished product before a single nail is struck.
Ryan holds a Diploma in Architectural Drafting & Design from Nova Scotia Community College and has career experience in Modular Homes, Traditional framing, Advanced framing and Insulated Concrete Form Construction. Ryan knows adapting to his clients needs is paramount to achieving a client’s vision. Tapping into his varied, and growing, areas of experience is his most effective tool in accomplishing that goal.
In his 6 years in the industry, Ryan has designed over 100 projects ranging from tiny homes to commercial structures. Utilizing a range of building techniques he has acquired from the various corners of the construction design world he has participated in, Ryan has the knowledge and resources to tackle your project and take it from a dream to a reality.
